The first Monday of May is the annual meeting of the Papermill Bluffs Association.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend. The time and place will be announced in the association newsletter prior to the meeting.
Dues for 2024 will be $75.00 and due no later than June 30, 2024.

Annual dues money is used for park and entrance maintenance, insurance (liability for park areas), electricity (lights in parks and entrance), snow removal, printing of newsletters and directory, property taxes, etc.
The Association annual garage sale is in May. The date and time will be announced in the association newsletter prior to the sale. Please limit garage sales to this one date only.
Garbage pick-up is every Wednesday in the early A.M. with recyclables every other Wednesday. Put garbage out no sooner then Tuesday evening. Trash can should be removed from street no later than Wednesday evening.
Please report any street light that is out to Street Light Maintenance Dept. at 427-1236 and give them the tag number located on the poll.

Animal Control is not the responsibility of the Board members or the Association. City ordinances apply. Keep all pets on leases or in fenced in back yards. Please clean up after your dog waste.
